The Stackhouse TechniqueTMSyllabus

The Stackhouse TechniqueTM is comprised of six sections:

  1. Imagined Movement and Breath
  2. Foot to Floor Connection
  3. Functional Anatomy
  4. Core Strength
  5. Flexibility
  6. Integration - space, weight, coordination, dance

The entire program may be practiced in 30 minutes, the length of Anne's first instructional video tape to be released later this year.

Anne addresses several additional topics in the course of the above format. These include: breath, posture alignment principles, flexibility, core strength, space, weight, functional anatomy and more.
